In the heart of Houston, Miller's Cafe is not just a spot to grab a bite—it's a part of our family's legacy—a journey back in time, rooted in family history, great food, and even better company. Open and Founded by our Father and Grandfather, Bob Miller, our story unfolds with humble beginnings, an American dream, and it flourished with every satisfied customer.

Bob had 4 daughters, 7 granddaughters, and 2 great-granddaughters, with an additional 2 great-grandsons who came after the passing in 2016. He always took pride in watching all of his girls own and operate their very own stores. After all, he built the foundation for his children to grow upon.

Grandpa's Legacy Lives On

Grandpa had a vision—a vision of a spot where folks could gather, share stories, throw back an iced cold beer—or maybe just an iced cold tea—and savor a meal that felt like a warm hug. And so Millers Cafe was born. From day one, it was more than just about serving food; it was about creating an atmosphere where the community could come together and enjoy a darn good burger.

Family, Friends, and Partners

We have made many friends along our journey of serving Houston. Our staff members are and always have been a part of our family, many of whom have worked for us for 15 and 20 + years. The Miller family has been fortunate to have many allies throughout the years. Back in 1985, Mr.Miller was playing golf with his good friend Pat Delmore when it was decided that we needed to open a location in the Houston Medical Center, and Pat would become a partner of ours.

Our current Medical Center location is located inside the Methodist Hospital, so next time you go for your physical, Stop by and see Pat or Rajean!
